Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. I accept cash and checks. I do not bill clients nor provide direct billing for insurance. I can provide SOAP notes if insurance needs records.

Individuals who have financial constraints are welcome to discuss this with me to see what option there are; such as a sliding fee scale, trade or a referral to a practitioner with a fee you can afford.

For special circumstances I am available for house calls in the East Bay at a $25 fee in addition to the normal rate.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling an appointment must be 24 hours in advance, or the client will be charged for the full amount of the session. If I (the practitioner) need to cancel an appointment, I will do so within 24 hours if possible: if I’m unable to so, your next session will be at no charge.

• I can be reached by phone from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. on treatment days at 970-819-0388.
• If I’m unavailable to answer your call, please leave a message including your name, phone number, the date and time of your call as well as time and date of appointment.
• Emergency cancellations are not charged; this is at the practitioner’s discretion.
• I return calls within 24 hours unless I am out of town.
