I am an insured Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Associate Polarity Practitioner and a Natural Therapeutic Specialist. My training consists of a 750-hour program at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics (NMSNT), a 250-hour program at the Colorado Energy Center, a 105-hour program concentrating in Core Synchronism at NMSNT and a BA in Contemplative Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic studies from Naropa University.
The style of therapeutic bodywork I employ encompasses Swedish massage, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Points, Myofascial Releases, Chair Massage, Aromatherapy, Core Synchronism and other specific treatments. I incorporate Natural Therapeutic philosophies throughout my practice and I work with individuals of all ages.
